Bring A Friend to Class

If you would like to bring a friend to your class, please download the waiver here and if the person is under 19 years of age, have their parents complete and sign the waiver. They can bring it with them to class. This is an excellent way to share your interest with a friend. It is always nice to train with friends and encourage each other throughout the week.
