Calendars and Tapes

There is a limited supply of the IYAF (International Yoshinkai Aikido Federation) 2005 calendar available at the dojo for $18.00 each.

The 2004 Renseikan Dojo Annual Demonstration video tapes are availabale for $18.00 each and previous years are also available for $10.00 each


Kagami Biraki Shiki

This year's Kagami Biraki Shiki and Embu was held on Sunday January 16th, 2005. After the demonstration by Renseikan's Chief Instructor, Ward Jardine, students and family ate a traditional Kagami Biraki meal and officially welcomed in 2005 and the our new year of training.Click on the photograph above for some more pictures.


Keiko Hajime

Our start of year for training was celebrated on Monday January 3rd with special Keiko Hajime classes. Their were classes in Jodo, Karate and Aikido


Keiko Osame


On Wednesday December 29th, we held our "Close of Training" for 2004 - Keiko Osame. The Jodo class did 108 kihon, the Karate class did 108 kata/waza and the Aikido class did 108 waza. It was a great end to 2004 and a good indication of the kind of training we will see in 2005


Family Christmas Sponsorship

Thank you to everyone who contributed to our two sponsored families this year. I believe there were some happy people out there on Christmas morning, thanks to you.

Also thank you to everyone who came out to help wrap the gifts. It was very well attended and the wrapping job was incredible.


Christmas Parties

Adult Party Family Party

The Annual dojo Adult Christmas party was well attended at the home of Belle and Sensei. As usual there was lots of great food and conversation. Thank you.

The Children and Family Party at the dojo was fun for everyone. We had a great turnout and thank you to everyone who helped out.


Dojo Fall Cleaning

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped do our Annual Fall Dojo Cleaning. Oskar and crew worked very hard on the flooring and everyone pitched in to make the dojo spotless.Thank you all again.


New Renseikan Dojo Crests

Our New Renseikan Dojo Crests are now available at the dojo. They can be used in many ways, on your dogi it should go on the left side, over your heart.
